Travelling to New Zealand

NZ is open to travel. Please read the COVID-19 information and visa requirements to plan your trip. Please also ensure you have purchased appropriate travel insurance prior to your arrival.

Optional Coach Transfers - Auckland to Rotorua and Return 

We would like to encourage delegates to arrive the night prior to the transfers in case of delayed flights into Auckland.  

You will need to arrange transfer from the airport to the Hotel (5 Mins driving): options are Taxi, Uber or The Yellow Bus which is pre-bookable. 

Coach transfers are available and bookable at the point of registration as follows:

Sunday 10 November 2024 - Pick up 11am -  Sudima Airport Hotel - Rotorua

Monday 11 November 2024 - Pick up 10am - Sudima Airport Hotel - Rotorua 

Friday 15 November 2024 - Pick up Energy Events Centre 3pm - Auckland Airport and Sudima Airport Hotel

Saturday 16 November 2024 - Pick up Energy Events Centre 8.30am - Auckland Airport and Sudima Airport Hotel

International connections to Rotorua

Air New Zealand operates daily non-stop flights to Rotorua from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with connections across the New Zealand domestic network. For more information, please see the Air New Zealand website  Please note there are only 2 flights per day from Auckland - Rotorua on smaller aircraft so early booking is essential.
