Registration options

The registration process will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and you will be asked your:

Dietary requirements
if you require coach transfers to and from the venue (2 options available from Auckland and return to Auckland)
Tick box if you are attending the Welcome Reception and Field Trip/Conference Dinner - included in full registration
Workshop option you wish to attend
Field Trip option you wish to go on - small charge is required for 2 workshops to cover entry fees
Optional attendance at the Mitai Village Dinner experience - separate payment required

PLEASE NOTE: As of 18 October there are issues with the Registration system and it is not working. We are in contact with the supplier and trying to get this resolved as soon as possible. We will advise when it is up and running again.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the organizer. Cancellation must be received prior to the 30th August 2024 in order to receive a refund less NZ$100 +gst administration charge. Cancellations received after the 30th August2024 will not receive any refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person. Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing.
