Coach Transfer Information

Coach Transfers - Auckland to Rotorua and Return 

We would like to encourage delegates to arrive the night prior to the transfers in case of delayed flights into Auckland.  

You will need to arrange transfer from the airport to the Hotel (5 Mins driving): options are Taxi, Uber or The Yellow Bus which is pre-bookable. 

Coach transfers are available and bookable at the point of registration as follows:

Sunday 10 November 2024 - Pick up 11am -  Sudima Airport Hotel to Rotorua
Please be at the main entrance of the hotel by 10.45am for loading bags with departure at 11am

Drop off points in Rotorua:

Jet Park Hotel
Millennium Hotel
Sudima Hotel Rorotua
Energy Events Centre 

If you are not staying at one of our designated hotels, please leave the bus at the hotel closest point to your accommodation and either walk, uber or call the local taxi service to transport you.

Monday 11 November 2024 - Pick up 10am - Sudima Airport Hotel to Rotorua
Please be at the main entrance of the hotel by 9.45am for loading bags with departure at 10am

Friday 15 November 2024 - Pick up Energy Events Centre 3pm to Auckland Airport and Sudima Airport Hotel

Please be at the entryway of the Events centre by 2.45pm to load bags and depart at 3pm

Saturday 16 November 2024 - Pick up Energy Events Centre 8.30am to Auckland Airport and Sudima Airport Hotel

Please be outside the main entry of the Events Centre by 8.15am to load bags and depart at 8.30am
