Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the organizer.  Cancellation must be received prior to the 26th July 2024 in order to receive a refund less NZ$100 +gst administration charge.  Cancellations received after the 26th July 2024 will not receive any refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person.  Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing.
