Cancellation Policies

Sponsorship & Exhibition:

A Sponsor/Exhibitor will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $50 if notice of cancellation is received by the organisers before 31 July 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. The Organisers may at their discretion consider refunding cancelled exhibition area bookings if they manage to successfully resell the cancelled exhibition area bookings. Cancellations must be made in writing: events@plantandfood.co.nz

Registrations

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the organizer.  Cancellation must be received prior to the 16th August 2024 in order to receive a refund less NZ$100 +gst administration charge.  Cancellations received after the 16th August 2024 will not receive any refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person.  Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing: email: events@plantandfood.co.nz
