Cancellation Policies
Sponsorship & Exhibition
A Sponsor/Exhibitor will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $100 + GST if notice of cancellation is received by the organisers before 19 Jan 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. The Organisers may at their discretion consider refunding cancelled exhibition area bookings if they manage to successfully resell the cancelled exhibition area bookings. Cancellations must be made in writing: events@plantandfood.co.nz
Registrations & Tours
Cancellation of Pre-Conference Tour: Cancellations must be received in writing to: events@plantandfood.co.nz prior to 18th January 2026 to receive a full refund less NZ$100 +GST cancellation charge. After 18th January 2026 there will be no refund.
Cancellation of Registration (includes optional extras): Cancellation of registration (including optional extras) must be made in writing to the organiser: events@plantandfood.co.nz. Cancellation must be received prior to the 2nd March 2026 in order to receive a full refund less NZ$100 +GST administration charge. For cancellations received after the 2nd March 2026 there will be no refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person. Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing by emailing: events@plantandfood.co.nz.
Fees for Registration and Sponsorships/Exhibition

- All fees for sponsorship/exhibition are show on the sponsorship prospectus which is downloadable from this website
- Any additional charges incurred will be shown on the fees page eg. booking fee.

Image Capture and use:
We will be capturing photographs and video footage during this event for use in advertising, promotional and marketing purposes including social media. As part of the registration process you will be given the option to 'opt out' if you do not wish for images of you to be used. Not selecting 'opt out' automatically assigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, for any purpose, photographs or video footage captured of you and waives the right to inspect or approve the eventual use of such photographs or video footage.
