Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Pre-Conference Tour: Cancellations must be received in writing to: events@plantandfood.co.nz prior to 18th January 2026 to receive a full refund less NZ$100 +GST cancellation charge. After 18th January 2026 there will be no refund.

Cancellation of Registration (includes optional extras): Cancellation of registration (including optional extras) must be made in writing to the organiser: events@plantandfood.co.nz. Cancellation must be received prior to the 2nd March 2026 in order to receive a full refund less NZ$100 +GST administration charge. For cancellations received after the 2nd March 2026 there will be no refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person. Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing by emailing: events@plantandfood.co.nz.
