Note: During the registration process you will be asked if you are an Early Career Researcher - please tick the box if yes and leave blank if not - this is for the committee to see if you would qualify for the Young Minds Awards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the organizer.  Cancellation must be received prior to the 15th November 2024 in order to receive a refund less NZ$100 +gst administration charge.  Cancellations received after the 15th November 2024 will not receive any refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person.  Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing.
