Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the organiser. Cancellation must be received prior to the 24th April 2025 in order to receive a refund less NZ$100 +GST administration charge. Cancellations received after the 24th April 2025 will not receive any refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person. Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing.
