Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the organizer. Cancellation must be received prior to the 28 April 2025 in order to receive a refund less NZ$100 +gst administration charge. Cancellations received after the 29 April 2025 will not receive any refund; however, the registration may be passed to another person. Details of the person the registration is to be passed to must be supplied to the organisers in writing. (Update from Event Policy)
